CATHODE
Product Specifications Copper cathodes are the end product of the processing of copper-containing raw materials. Copper cathodes are produced in accordance with GOST 546-2001. Our cathodes meet international requirements: DIN 1787—73; The cathodes produced by the company correspond to the MOOк and MOK grades in accordance with GOST 859-2001 (Copper grades) with a copper content of at least 99.99%.

WIRE ROD
Hirshmann’s continuous cast copper rods meet all international quality standards. Its homogeneous structure and fine grain size results in outstanding drawability. It can be drawn to an ultra-fine wire at a high yield rate. Hirshmann is one of the major manufacturers of the 8mm diameter copper rods in Turkey.

Copper Cathode
Packaging: The cathodes are formed into packages in accordance with the requirements of GOST 21399, the weight of the package is not more than 1500 kg and the height of the package is not more than 500 mm. Cathodes are marked in accordance with GOST 14192. Each cathode package has a tag indicating the batch number, the weight of the package and its batch number. Copper cathodes are transported by all kinds of covered vehicles. The bags are packed with metal tape with an anti-corrosion coating, which ensures their integrity during transportation.

Copper Wire Rod
The Hirshmann copper wire rod is considered suitable for power and communication cables, house wire, strips for power and distribution transformers, magnet wires, etc. Their excellent surface finish makes them suitable for processing to enamelled, coated and plated wires. They are available in diameters of 8 mm.

ISA Technology
Hirshmann Copper cathodes are used in the manufacturing of continuous cast copper rods which are further used for the wire, cable and transformer industries. They are also used for the manufacturing of copper tubes for consumer durable goods and other applications in the form of alloys and sheets.

Rod and Specialty Wire
The rod surface is protected and packed in coil form on wooden pallets, wrapped with HDPE cover and finally stretched wrapped on it. The delivery to customers is made by truck, rail or sea.
